PentaPlus is an ISO 9001:2015 certified printing and packaging solutions provider established in 1990. The company operates two large manufacturing facilities in Rajajinagar Industrial town, Bangalore, serving industries including garments, pharmaceuticals, foods, FMCG and cosmetics.
The company began as a humble screen printing unit way back in the 1990s. What changed was not ambition but instrumentation: a Komori press in 2005, computer-to-plate and GMG colour management between 2008 and 2013, heavy-duty production machines and Arden prepress software in 2018, and ISO certification with a closed-loop colour solution in 2019–20.
The result is a plant where the answer to "will it look like the proof?" is a measurement rather than a promise.

1991 → today
From a screen printing table to a closed-loop colour plant.
1991
PentaPlus began as a humble screen printing unit in the 1990s, in the same Rajajinagar industrial town it still works from.
2005
The first four-colour Komori offset printing press arrives — the step from screen printing to production offset.
2008
A second Komori press joins the floor, doubling capacity and letting long and short runs be scheduled in parallel.
2008–2013
Kodak's computer-to-plate system and the GMG colour management system are installed, taking film out of the chain and putting colour under measurement.
2018
Investment in heavy-duty production machines and Arden prepress software — structure and imposition decided before a plate is imaged.
2019–2020
ISO certification is achieved and a closed-loop colour management solution goes live, holding density across the run rather than only at the start of it.
