Every pack starts on the digital cutting table as a physical dummy, so the structure is proved in your hand before a single plate is imaged. Reverse tuck-in, crash lock, lined cartons, bag-in-box variants and window-patched designs all come off the same line.
Labels are printed and inspected on the laser-precision inspection system, so what leaves the sorting bay reads as one batch, not a range.
