Services
Packaging and labels, brochures and catalogues, marketing collaterals, books and magazines, calendars — and the everyday print in between.
What we print
One press line, six things it makes
A wide range of packaging innovations, coatings, packaging enhancements, elegant additions, security and protection — plus the commercial and publishing work the same plant is built to handle.
Marketing collaterals, packaging and label solutions are tailored to customer specifications across automotive, healthcare, electronics and hospitality.
Enhancements
Finishes & Enhancements
UV varnish, aqueous coating, blister varnish, embossing, foil stamping, metalized foil board printing, texture finishing and spot UV.
UV Varnish
A high-gloss cured coating across the full sheet — the shine that survives handling on a shelf.
Spot UV
Gloss applied only where it earns its place: a logo, a product shot, a single line of type against matt.
Aqueous Coating
A water-based protective coat, food-safe and fast-drying, applied inline so the sheet is ready to convert.
Blister Varnish
A heat-seal varnish for blister card packs — the bond between card and formed film.
Embossing & Debossing
Relief raised or recessed into the board, registered in the same pass as the die cut.
Foil Stamping
Hot foil in metallics and holographics, on the offline foiling unit.
Metalized Foil Board
Printing directly onto metalized board so the shine sits under the ink rather than beside it.
Texture Finishing
Soft-touch, linen, leather and sand textures — the finish a buyer registers before they read a word.
Structures
Carton Specifications
Reverse tuck-in, crash lock, lined cartons, bag-in-box variants and window-patched designs.
Reverse Tuck-In
The standard folding carton: opposing tuck flaps, economical on board and fast to erect by hand.
Crash Lock Bottom
A pre-glued base that snaps square as the carton is opened — chosen wherever a line packs by hand at speed.
Lined Cartons
A barrier liner laminated inside the carton, for products that need protection from moisture, grease or aroma loss.
Bag-in-Box
An inner bag inside a printed outer — the format for powders, liquids and anything that must be dispensed rather than poured.
Window Patching
A film window patched into the die cut, so the product sells itself through the pack.
Rigid Boxes
Set-up boxes wrapped in printed paper — the format for gifting, jewellery and premium fashion.
Anti-counterfeit
Protective Printing
Covert and overt security printing solutions, for products that get counterfeited.
Covert Security Printing
Features only the brand owner and their investigator can read: invisible inks, microtext and hidden marks.
Overt Security Printing
Features the customer can verify at the counter — holograms, tamper-evident seals and colour-shifting inks.
