A monocarton is the format most of PentaPlus's work takes: one board, one die, one pass through punch, strip and emboss at 4,500 impressions per hour.
Structures are proved as a physical dummy on the JINGWEI cutting table before a steel rule die is cut, so a pack is filled, closed and drop-tested while it is still a decision rather than a commitment.
